Weddings

• A non-refundable retainer of 1/3 the total package price is required to reserve your wedding date.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date and may be paid in installments.

• Custom packages may be designed upon request using our a la carte pricing.

• A dvd-rom of the original, high-quality wedding jpeg files is included in all packages and is delivered within six weeks following your wedding date.

• The engagement and bridal sessions are on-location sessions and are only available Monday through Friday as we reserve the weekends for weddings and family time.

• All wedding packages include travel within Arkansas at no additional charge. Weddings outside of Arkansas are subject to travel fees if outside of a 200-mile radius of Rogers, Arkansas.

• There will be a travel fee for engagement sessions outside of a 50-mile radius of Rogers, Arkansas. Bridal sessions are subject to travel fees outside of a 200-mile radius of Rogers, Arkansas.

• Any product credit included in your wedding or portrait package must be redeemed within six months of your wedding or portrait session. Credits are void six months after they become active and are non-transferable and may not be used to purchase additional credits.

Portraits

• The complete session fee is required to reserve your session.

• Portrait sessions are available Monday - Friday. Weekend sessions are also available, but are subject to availability and the session fee is doubled.

• Sessions held in Arkansas are subject to Arkansas state sales tax where applicable.

• Sessions within 50 miles of Rogers, Arkansas are not subject to travel fees. Sessions outside of the travel radius are subject to travel fees of $100 per 100 miles.

Albums

• All album orders must be submitted and approved by November 1st to ensure delivery by Christmas.
